Our operation offers the individual stimulation, development, meaning, and community according to their wishes. An overarching goal is also to develop the individual's opportunities towards work in the short or long term, which can include both habilitative activities and more production-oriented tasks. We start from the individual's needs and conditions when planning and working so that the individual can take steps in their own development and strengthen the opportunities to influence their own life.
We value a good work environment and work actively to create well-being, cooperation, and joy in work.
