We work in cross-groups based on the abilities and interests of the children, for parts of the day. Focus area 2026: Movement, health, and creativity. We place great emphasis on language development in the preschool. We have created 'the children's library' at the preschool, where we use our books both for daily reading aloud at the preschool and for home loans to the children.

We support each other in our profession as preschool teachers both in the building and on the units, regarding planning and teaching. We work together, both preschool teachers and childcare assistants; so that the children get the best based on their needs and development. We all contribute to developing our work environment to become a workplace we are proud of.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed preschool teacher with the ability to create good collaborations and relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues. You are a confident leader and a good role model for both children and adults, with the ability to create a positive and developmental environment where children can develop at their own pace.

You can plan, implement, document, and analyze the activity according to the preschool curriculum and other regulatory documents. You have a good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing, and are comfortable using digital tools in your work.

Experience with TAKK (Augmentative and Alternative Communication), AKK, and low-arousal approach is meritorious. It is also considered meritorious if you have experience working with children aged 1-5 years and experience with language-developing work methods.
