BUKO is now looking for a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner who wants to drive and develop our recruitment work in Sweden – from need to hired candidate.

About the role

As a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner at BUKO, you have overall responsibility for recruitment in Sweden.

You drive all recruitment processes from start to finish and work closely with our managers to ensure we find the right competence for our teams.

The role is operational and independent, but also development-driven. We have a good foundation in place – but are at a stage where we want to take the next step and create an even more efficient, structured, and high-quality recruitment function.

You will become part of the HR team and work close to the operations in a role with clear business linkage.

Your responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end recruitment processes for all of Sweden
• Support managers in requirement profiles, needs analysis, and selection
• Write job ads and ensure strong candidate communication
• Work with search, screening, and selection
• Conduct interviews, tests, and reference checks
• Ensure a professional and quality-assured process
• Work structured in ATS and contribute to a data-driven way of working
• Actively contribute to developing and streamlining our recruitment methods

Who we are looking for

We are looking for you who are confident in the recruiter role and thrive with taking significant personal responsibility.

You have a business-close perspective on recruitment and understand the importance of combining quality, pace, flexibility, and candidate experience.

We believe you have:

• 2–5 years of experience in independent recruitment
• Experience driving multiple parallel processes simultaneously
• Worked either in-house or within staffing/recruitment
• Good interview skills and experience with search
• Habit of working closely with managers and supporting decision-making
• Ability to work structured and prioritize in a high tempo
