Do you have experience in construction management and a good understanding of laws and authority requirements? Entrecon Consulting receives continuous requests from our clients for skilled and experienced construction managers.

We receive applications on an ongoing basis and match them with requests from our clients and customers. You will be employed by Entrecon Consulting and work on assignment at the client's site.

The Assignment

New, renovation, and extension of industrial facilities:

Typical tasks in this role:

• Lead construction meetings, including minutes and follow-up.

• Participate in other meetings (economic meetings, KA meetings, KMA meetings, etc.).

• Monitor requirements set in contracts between the client and the contractor.

• Control schedules, payment plans, and ÄTA (Additional Work/Changes).

• Ensure that quality work, environmental work, and occupational health and safety work are carried out according to authority requirements.

• Monitor authority requirements, laws, and regulations.

• Contact with authorities, utility owners, etc.

• Coordination between the project's stakeholders.

• Inspections.

Competence

As a construction manager with us, you are responsible for coordinating and following up on the contractors' work on site. You will also have significant responsibility for occupational health and safety. Therefore, we are looking for you who have the following experience:

• You should have good experience from the construction industry and master the different phases of the project.

• You should have qualifications as an Occupational Health and Safety Coordinator (BAS P and BAS U).

• You should have worked as a construction manager/site manager for at least 5 years, preferably more.

• Experience from industrial projects is desirable.

• You have a degree in civil or university engineering or other construction technical education, or have acquired equivalent knowledge through longer professional experience.
