At WeMind's Child and Adolescent Psychiatry clinic in Växjö, we are now looking for more colleagues who, together, will develop the unit and create the best conditions for children, young people, and adults. We are looking for you who are a nurse with a basic psychotherapy education specializing in CBT.

Your new workplace

WeMind BUP Växjö has been in operation since March 2024, so in this role, you will have the opportunity to work together with colleagues to continue driving and developing the business. The clinic is centrally located in Växjö with easy access to transportation and a wide variety of restaurants and cafes around the corner.

Working as a nurse at WeMind

As a nurse with CBT competence, you work both independently and in a team, including with doctors and psychologists, to ensure good care and nursing for patients. Your main tasks involve CBT treatment, where you act as the primary care contact for your patients. You maintain close contact with patients in treatment and evaluate ongoing care using self-assessments as a tool. Meet our nurses on our career page.

About you

• Licensed nurse.
• Experience within psychiatry, preferably within child and adolescent psychiatry.
• Basic psychotherapy education with a focus on CBT.

We are looking for you with an interest in the varied work and multifaceted role that working as a nurse within psychiatry entails. You are professional in your approach, prioritize the patient first, and ensure good quality in nursing. You are responsible and have good ability to plan and organize your work.

At the same time, you are flexible, have good collaboration skills, and are accustomed to making assessments and decisions in consultation with doctors and nursing staff. You have a positive attitude and value the social work environment and team spirit.
