We work with measurement-based care where digital patient-reported outcome measures enable ongoing follow-up of clinical results. A scientific council ensures that methods and guidelines are aligned with current evidence.

Clinical work prioritizes the patient encounter. Established routines and administrative support free up time for medical deepening, in close multiprofessional collaboration with good access to psychological treatment and in-depth investigations.

WeMind BUP is part of the Kronoberg Care Choice Specialized Child and Adolescent Psychiatry in outpatient care. At the clinic, we receive children/young people aged 6–17 for psychiatric assessment, investigation, and treatment. The team consists of occupational therapists, counselors, specialist doctors in psychiatry, medical secretaries, psychologists, and nurses.

The clinic is located in newly renovated premises centrally in Växjö, with easy access to transportation and a wide selection of restaurants and cafes around the corner.

• Licensed physician, specialist in psychiatry and/or child and adolescent psychiatry
• Experience in investigating and treating children and young people (meritorious)

You have broad clinical competence with an interest in the entire spectrum of psychiatry. Your work is characterized by structure, scientific rigor, and a consistent focus on evidence-based treatment and systematic follow-up.

You take independent treatment responsibility, work structured with high quality, and value multiprofessional collaboration. With your specialist competence, you actively contribute to operational development in a knowledge-intensive and collegial environment where continuous improvement is a natural part of the mission.

• Permanent employment (probation period applies)
