You will step into a comprehensive change initiative where financial processes are to be simplified, harmonized, and made more efficient in a large public sector organization. The goal is to create common working methods, reduce administration, and ensure that the financial system supports modern and user-friendly processes. • You plan, lead, and conduct process mapping within the financial area.
• You identify relevant stakeholders and drive dialogue with business representatives, project management, and other key functions.
• You prepare and facilitate workshops and interviews to capture the current state, needs, and areas for improvement.
• You document processes in clear and quality-assured process maps and continuously update associated documentation.
• You analyze current working methods and highlight variations, boundaries, and dependencies between sub-processes.
• You drive investigation and development issues related to the design and application of financial processes.
• You produce analyses, trade-off assessments, and recommendations that serve as a basis for decision-making.
• You present recommendations and decision materials in relevant forums.

• Documented experience in practically leading and conducting process mapping within the financial area. Minimum 5 years.
• Experience in independently drawing process maps, for example in BPMN or similar notation.
• Experience working in complex organizations with many stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a structured and independent manner.
• Ability to communicate clearly with both operations, from strategic to operational levels, and project management.
• Experience in a leading role on the client side, for example as a process manager or project manager, in several projects with at least three assignments covering feasibility studies, requirements work, procurement, and implementation of financial systems.
• Practical experience working with accounting and/or central financial processes.
• Experience in assignments within process and business development in the public sector or equivalent operations. Minimum 5 years.
• Master of Science in Business Administration or equivalent academic education in economics.
• Very good knowledge of financial processes such as accounting, closing, budgeting, and financial follow-up.
• Good technical understanding to contribute to design and solution discussions.

• Good understanding of the implementation of financial systems in the public sector.
• Good understanding of master data and the governance of financial data.
• Experience with the Raindance financial system.
• Experience implementing financial systems with more than 500 users.
