Business Controller in Mölnlycke – Consulting Assignment

Are you an analytical profile who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to combine Business Controlling, analysis, and closing processes? This assignment is for you. You will join a developing team, take on broad responsibilities during a parental leave period, and contribute to the team's continued growth.

About the Role

In this role, you will report to the Lead Business Controller and work with a broad range of tasks. The focus is on financial closing processes and driving the autumn budget process. Your responsibilities also include monthly financial follow-up, creating analyses and decision support materials for management and operations, and monitoring key performance indicators. You will support the operational organization with follow-up and analysis, involving frequent dialogue with staff in the business.

Who We Are Looking For

You have a few years of experience in Business Controlling in a business-close role, preferably from the retail sector. You are confident in budgeting, financial follow-up, and the closing process. We expect you to have excellent Excel skills, be comfortable with various systems, and ideally have experience with BI tools.

You have the ability to quickly understand new businesses and thrive in an environment where everything is not pre-packaged. As a person, you are communicative, relationship-building, and collaborative. You are analytical with a drive to develop and improve – both yourself and your working methods.
