Arena Personal is now looking for a new Consulting Manager to join our successful team in Stockholm. As a Consulting Manager with us, you are offered a varied daily routine where relationships with customers, consultants, and candidates form the basis of a large part of the work. You will primarily work with customers within warehousing and logistics.

About the role The role of Consulting Manager with us is very varied, where no day is like the other. You have overall responsibility and drive your own recruitment processes with continuous follow-up with both customer and candidate throughout the process. Furthermore, you are responsible for daily staffing, as well as personnel responsibility for your consultants who are out on assignments. You handle several recruitment and staffing processes in parallel, where it is important to deliver on time with the highest possible quality.

Main responsibilities:

• Daily customer contact with continuous customer visits
• Personnel responsibility and coaching of employees
• Handle recruitment processes from start to finish
• Matching between consultant and customer assignments
• Upselling
• Short and long-term staffing/scheduling

Requirements for the position:

• Relevant experience in staffing and recruitment within blue-collar sectors
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Good computer literacy
• Post-secondary education in HR/leadership

Scope / Location This role as a Consulting Manager is a temporary position to cover parental leave, but with good chances of extension/permanent employment. Desired start in June/July.

The position is a full-time role with working hours between 08:00-17:00. You will be based at our office in Johanneshov.
