Do you want to take a key role in monitoring, analyzing, and developing a business that is crucial for the agency's security, risk management, and preparedness? As a Business Coordinator within the Security, Risk, and Preparedness unit, you will work closely with the Unit Manager and Section Managers on business management, follow-up, and analysis. Through your work, you will contribute to better results and increased quality. Together, we get Sweden to work! Do you want to join us?
The Assignment
The unit creates the prerequisites for the agency's work regarding security, preparedness, internal management and control, as well as risk management. This contributes to a well-functioning labor market – in peace, crisis, and ultimately in war. The unit consists of three sections: the Risk Section, the Security and Internal Investigation Section, and the Security Protection and Preparedness Section.
Job Description
The Security, Risk, and Preparedness unit is part of the Executive Support Team, where the Unit Manager also serves as the agency's Security Chief. As a Business Coordinator, you support the Unit Manager with expertise, prepare and present individual cases, remiss responses, and assignments. In this role, you collaborate closely with Section Managers and other employees.
The role has both operational and strategic elements, and you are part of the unit's leadership group. You coordinate operations, handle incoming remiss responses, manage case registration, and distribute cases to the respective sections. As an editor, you are responsible for information on the intranet and continuously monitor the agency's assignments and directives. You must be able to prepare materials for the Unit Manager for meetings and dialogues, both independently and with support from Section Managers. You are also responsible for planning and organizing meetings and unit days.
You support the Unit Manager in the following areas:
- Business planning and follow-up reporting
- Gathering and compiling background material for dialogues and check-ins
- Economic and budget planning as well as follow-up
- Planning and systematizing the unit's deliverables based on the annual calendar and the agency's processes.
The role involves close collaboration with the Unit Manager and the leadership group, built on mutual trust. Therefore, we place great emphasis on personal suitability. In this position, you will gain broad insight into the agency's security and preparedness work and have the opportunity to influence both operational activities and strategic development. We are looking for someone who is structured, self-initiative, and has strong collaboration skills.
