About the role As a personal assistant, you contribute to creating a functional, secure, and structured daily life for the client, a woman in her late 50s. The work is varied and requires your presence, engagement, and ability to work in a structured manner.

In this role, you act as a support in the client's daily life. Since the client has extensive care needs, the tasks are diverse and include various activities such as assistance with mobility and support with personal care.

We are looking for a female assistant who has a natural ability to create a sense of security. Previous experience within healthcare and social care is advantageous, but we place the greatest emphasis on your personal suitability, attitude, and commitment to the work. Non-smoking is a requirement.

Working hours and employment extent Shifts vary and include day, evening, and night shifts. We are primarily looking for a temporary replacement, but for the right person, there may be an opportunity for a smaller scheduled position in the future.

Due to the fact that the role may involve solo work, night work, and tasks that, according to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2012:3), cannot be performed by minors, you must be at least 18 years old to work as a personal assistant with us.
