Job Description:

As our sushi and wok specialist chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes including sushi, sashimi, stir-fried vegetables, noodles, and much more. You will work collaboratively with our creative kitchen team to ensure our guests receive an unforgettable culinary experience every time they visit. Your main responsibilities include:

• Preparing and handling fresh ingredients for sushi and wok dishes.
• Creating beautiful and appetizing sushi rolls and sashimi.
• Cooking wok dishes with precision and creativity.
• Ensuring a high standard of food presentation and quality.
• Adhering to hygiene and safety guidelines in food preparation.

Qualifications:

To succeed in the role of sushi and wok specialist chef, you should meet the following qualifications:

• Experience working with sushi and wok in a restaurant environment.
• Knowledge of different types of sushi, sashimi, and wok dishes.
• Ability to work at a fast pace without compromising on quality.
• Creativity and passion for experimenting with flavors and presentation.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene principles.
