About the Workplace

Osbybostäder AB is a wholly-owned municipal housing company with 768 rental apartments and approximately 11,000 sqm of commercial premises. We have properties in Osby, Lönsboda, and Killberg. The annual turnover is approximately 72 MSEK, and we have around 15 employees.

Job Responsibilities

As an Economic Administrator, you are responsible for the company's rent receivables and handle notifications, payments, and collection matters within the area. You will also account for the company's supplier invoices and manage the entire supplier handling process. You will manage customer receivables, create payment files, and import payment files from the bank. Ongoing bookkeeping and balance reconciliations at the end of the month are also part of the role. Other administrative tasks, such as collaboration with customer service regarding economic matters, may occur.

Qualifications

We are looking for a positive and engaged person who wants to work in an expanding and business-driven company with short decision-making paths. You have good computer skills as many of our processes are digitized. You are structured and good at building good collaborations. You are independent, responsible, cooperative, flexible, unpretentious, and solution-oriented. We value that you are comfortable combining routine-based tasks with a changing environment. A valid driver's license (Category B) is required. It is important that you share Osbybostäder AB's values, which are expressed in the core values: Responsibility, Engagement, and Care.
