Job Responsibilities

We are looking for nine nursing assistants for permanent positions who wish to join the launch of a resource team in Burlöv Municipality.

In our home care service, we provide support to citizens who can no longer live at home. The support is based on individual implementation plans drawn up by a contact person in consultation with the user and any relatives. The work ranges from personal care, including delegated health and medical interventions and service tasks, to joint and individual activities.

As a nursing assistant in the resource team, your primary role will be to cover short-term absences in our Home Care Groups Team 1, 2, and 3. You will be a key person with high competence and good knowledge of our users, thereby ensuring quality during peak workloads or when reinforcement or coverage is needed across all our teams.

As a nursing assistant in home care, you work with care and service interventions based on the users' individual needs and decisions according to the Social Services Act (SoL). At our organization, a secure and good start is important, which is why we offer all employees a thorough introduction with shadowing.

The work is scheduled during day, evening, and night shifts.

Who are you?

• Trained nursing assistant.
• Has experience in similar work.
• Has or has had delegation in previous work.
• Is comfortable riding a bicycle.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

A driver's license is an advantage.
