The Opportunity
We are growing rapidly, and on this growth journey, it is crucial to ensure our quality work simultaneously. We are now looking for a Quality Specialist who wants to work with incoming inspection. We have a global responsibility for the development and manufacturing of cooling systems for Power Electronic applications and other applications requiring water cooling systems with high reliability and availability. Our cooling systems contribute to safe and reliable operation where the customer and the environment are in focus. The products are both project-based and mass-produced. The largest are approx. 5x3x3 m/10 tons and the smallest weigh approx. 20 kg.
The business unit in Landskrona currently consists of engaged employees with the goal of growing further in the coming years. At the site, we have the privilege of having Marketing, R&D, Design, Aftermarket, and Purchasing gathered alongside production. This leads to short decision-making paths and a good understanding of each other's areas.

The role is based on-site in Landskrona, and the work is primarily performed on-site.
How you will make an impact
- The role includes incoming inspections and working in very close collaboration with production.
- Check incoming materials, supplier deviations, and returns, as well as work in the business system SAP.
- Handle internal and supplier deviations, send back incorrect material, and support production in quality matters.
- Participate in change work and risk analyses, as well as work with instructions and processes.
- You share Hitachi Energy's core values regarding safety and integrity, which means you take responsibility for your own actions while also feeling responsible for your colleagues and the business operations.
Your background
- You have at least 5 years of work experience from incoming inspection and/or warehouse work.
- Forklift and overhead crane certificates are meritorious.
- You thrive in working in a practical and active role.
- We consider it meritorious if you have previous experience with the business system SAP.
- You master both Swedish and English well and can express yourself easily in both speech and writing.
- You hold a B driving license.
You are an organized and proactive person with a clear focus on results. You are attentive in collaborations and work well with different people. You handle pressured situations well, understand the importance of keeping timeframes, and have a solution-oriented mindset. In meetings with people, both internally and externally, you have a professional approach. As a person, you thrive in working in a practical and active role in very close collaboration with production.
