Init Sweden is now strengthening its finance team and is looking for a system-oriented accountant with a focus on development, efficiency, and improved working methods within the finance area.

You will report to the CFO and work closely with the entire finance team. The team includes the CFO, the accounting manager, and the accounting assistant. The role also involves close collaboration with project managers and other parts of the business, where you will become a key link in our project delivery.

• Customer and supplier accounts, payments, and related flows

• Accounting and reconciliations

• Proactive development and streamlining of routines, processes, and account flows

• Work in Business Central with a focus on structure, system support, and improved working methods

With experience in similar tasks, you work in a structured manner and communicate clearly. You collaborate well with others, have a business focus, and high digital competence. The position is full-time, located at Init Sweden's premises at Lindholmen in Gothenburg. There is an opportunity for hybrid work. Start date to be agreed upon.
