At Sophiahemmet, we serve approximately 300 guests daily. We operate a restaurant, two cafés, a catering service, and serve breakfast, lunch, and representative dinners to our staff. The role is broad and involves close collaboration with the client to facilitate the employees' workday. The restaurant is KRAV-certified.
Do you want to work in a kitchen where everything is made from scratch, with a focus on quality, flavor, and craftsmanship? We are now looking for an engaged chef to join our team at Sophiahemmet.
About the role
As a chef with us, you will help create dining experiences focused on flavor, quality, and fine craftsmanship. You will be responsible for cooking with excellent taste and high quality, participate in daily bread baking, and ensure that your part of the production maintains a high standard and runs smoothly. You will also contribute ideas to menu development and help ensure a safe and well-functioning kitchen environment with good food hygiene.
Your profile
We are looking for you who have at least three years of experience as a chef and are passionate about cooking from scratch. You have a good palate, work meticulously, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
As a person, you are positive, driven, and contribute to a good atmosphere. You are creative, cooperative, and enjoy developing both yourself and the business. If you also have an interest in bread baking, it is a plus.

This is a permanent full-time position (40 hours/week) on weekdays from 06:00–15:00, with evening orders as needed, starting as agreed.
