Description

We welcome you to Munkegärde Preschool, which consists of four departments with children aged 1–5. We focus heavily on children's participation and strive to make the preschool a safe and playful place.

We have close collaboration between the departments in the building, both pedagogically and in staffing.

Our preschool is located near nature and forests. Public transport connections are close by, taking you to Kungälv Center in just 10 minutes.

We are looking for a preschool teacher who is well-versed in the preschool's pedagogical mission. The curriculum guidelines describe the specific responsibility you have regarding the development of norms and values, learning, the influence of children and parents, collaboration with schools, as well as monitoring, developing, and evaluating the operations.

As an employee in Kungälv Municipality's preschools, you will have access to work clothes and, of course, we also offer a fitness allowance.

We are now looking for you who are an engaged preschool teacher for a permanent position at Munkegärde Preschool.

Qualifications

In your pedagogical role, you can work both independently and in a team, are responsible, can take initiative, and have good structure in your work. You enjoy being challenged, thinking new thoughts, discussing, reflecting, and developing together with your colleagues. You collaborate for a good work environment. You create security and find it easy to communicate with children, guardians, and colleagues.

A preschool teacher education is required, and you must have very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. Great importance will be attached to personal qualities.
