Spekerödskolan is a curious, engaged, and learning organization. We believe in our students' ability to learn and their opportunity to succeed. Job Responsibilities

Spekerödskolan is seeking a teacher with broad qualifications for grades 1-3. You will work with teaching, follow-up, planning, and value-based work based on the curriculum Lgr22.

As a teacher here, you will be part of a work team where you, together with colleagues, contribute to the school's development, and where we jointly strive to develop and achieve the set goals. The position also includes mentorship.

You vary your teaching and adapt to the group so that all students learn and develop based on their needs and prerequisites. Working as a teacher is about constantly developing based on the students we meet. You should have good pedagogical competence and be well acquainted with the basic school's steering documents.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a teacher with broad qualifications, preferably in mathematics, Swedish, English, and technology. You are engaged and have a genuine interest in children's learning as well as a passion for your profession. You have good cooperation skills and the desire to develop and share your knowledge.

We want you, just like us, to have great commitment and a desire to develop together with colleagues and students. You collaborate well with others, you listen, communicate, and contribute to collegial learning to create a good learning environment for the students. You have the ability to plan both in work teams and individually. Your teaching should be designed based on the curriculum's goals where planning, preparation, implementation, and evaluation are important pillars.

You should have a working method where student influence and flexibility are a natural part. You are a good leader in the classroom with clarity in communication, goals, and results. You have qualities that include both structure and creativity.

It is important that you are secure in your professional role. Great importance is attached to personal suitability and the ability to build good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues.

The position begins with a 6-month probationary period.

We work according to a local cooperation agreement (40+5), which means that our teachers have holiday service with 40 hours of workplace-based working time.
