How You Will Make an Impact

• As a Business Analyst within PLM, you contribute to strengthening the company's capacity in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), where Teamcenter is our central tool, with a focus on developing and streamlining internal processes.
• We offer the power of a data-driven approach and the opportunity to create tailored solutions when needed that better meet the business's needs, leading to higher customer satisfaction.
• You will play a strategic role in ongoing projects influencing the implementation of our future PLM Teamcenter and SAP master data systems. This leads naturally to a leading role where you lead continuous improvement work together with key users, focusing on our aftermarket operations.

What You Bring

• You have post-secondary education, university degree, or university college degree, with a data focus, such as a systems science education or a university engineering degree with a data focus.
• You have good experience in positions such as business developer or project manager, preferably with a focus on aftermarket operations.
• Good understanding of PLM systems, associated processes, and work according to a partner-centric approach.
• To succeed in the role, you are analytical, self-initiating, and solution-oriented.
• You have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. We are a company in change, so the art of communication is important, as is an open mind where we need to be receptive to new influences and ideas.

About the Team

As a PLM Business Analyst, you belong to the Digital Integration department, which is organizationally placed within Siemens Energy's aftermarket operations. Digital Integration, with 25 employees, has a responsibility area ranging from the design and development of IT tools to data analysis and expert knowledge in areas such as IT architecture and PLM. We are passionate about creating business value for our customers using data!

Within the Gas Services division, we offer energy solutions with zero or low emissions based on our gas turbines gathered under one roof and together with steam turbines and generators. Through service, modernization, and digitalization of the delivered fleet, we create opportunities for a reduced climate footprint.
