We are now looking for a Director Connections & Services who wants to take on a strategic and visible role in our continued journey and help develop how we meet our customers in a rapidly changing environment.

Your Role
Leadership with breadth, mandate, and real impact!
In this role, you step into overall responsibility for our Connections & Service business, with direct impact on how quickly and efficiently we can enable electrification in Sweden. You lead an organization of approximately 200 employees, through four direct reporting managers, supported by a Business Controller and People Business Partner. Together, you are responsible for the entire chain from customer inquiry to delivery and follow-up in a business that spans from high-volume flows to more complex projects.
The role involves:
- setting direction and further developing the business in line with market needs
- strengthening the customer experience throughout the entire delivery process
- developing efficient and sustainable working methods in a business that combines technology, customers, and commerce
- building a culture where people, collaboration, and responsibility drive results
You operate in a context where both pace and complexity are high, and where you have the opportunity to use your full experience, from strategic perspectives to operational decisions.
