A cheerful and lively 19-year-old in Angered is now looking for a personal assistant. He lives at home with his family, likes to have fun, and needs someone who is both practical and social – someone who gets it and wants to be part of making everyday life run smoothly.

About the Job

As an assistant, you help with what is needed to make the day work – for example:

• Mobility and personal care (ADL)
• Support during various activities
• Practical daily chores

The work is performed as double assistance, which means you work together with a colleague. Therefore, you need to enjoy teamwork, be proactive, and be able to read situations – knowing when to focus and when it is okay to joke around.

We believe you:

• Are stable, punctual, and thrive with structure
• Have a sense of humor and can be yourself – without taking over the room
• Are physically strong and capable of helping practically
• Are a non-smoker and speak good Swedish
• Are a person who can be relied upon – preferably for a longer period

The Position

• Scope: 50–75 %
• Working Hours: Day, evening, and weekends
• Employment: You start as an hourly employee. If it clicks, there is a chance for a fixed-term employment with an agreed working percentage for the duration of the assignment.
