About Us
Villa Pauli is an international family members' club located by the water in Djursholm – a place where gastronomy, community, and intergenerational meetings are at the center.
In May 2026, a major expansion of 1,600 sqm will be completed. This investment includes a new bar and restaurant concept, a pool area with a rooftop terrace, a tennis court, new hotel suites, and the Villa Pauli Wellness Club with spa and gym.
We strive to deliver world-class dining experiences. Our team is passionate about high-quality ingredients, creativity, and exceptional service.
We are now looking for Chefs who want to be a key part of our kitchen team and help raise the level even further. In connection with our expansion and renovation, there will also be opportunities for development within the business.
The gastronomic profile is strongly rooted in Nordic ingredients, traditions, and approaches, but with inspiration from the delightful food culture of the Mediterranean and cooking techniques from around the world. Good, flavorful food cooked from scratch!
Villa Pauli, which was once the family home of Anna and Albert Pauli, is now a gathering place where families connect across generations. Whether for work, relaxation, or socializing, it combines the elegance of a members' club with the feeling of a home.

Facilities
Villa Pauli is located 15–20 minutes from central Stockholm and offers a restaurant and bar, private lounges, conference rooms, and hotel rooms. With the 2026 expansion, its position as a year-round destination for gastronomy, sports, well-being, and social life will be further strengthened.
About the Role
As a chef, you work closely with sous chefs and the head chef and are a key player in the kitchen team. We have an à la carte restaurant with breakfast, lunch, and dinner offerings where you will work on a station or prep, with a rotating schedule. We also host events of various sizes and other food-related assignments. A lively workplace!
Responsibilities:
- Hot and cold kitchen, prep, and service
- Ensures cleanliness, order, and style
- Collaborates with other departments to ensure a world-class guest experience.
- Works according to a day-evening-weekend schedule.
- Ensures that dishes maintain high quality and are presented according to standards.
- Leads and inspires the kitchen team during service.
Qualifications
- Experience working as a chef or in a similar role at an à la carte restaurant
- Proficiency in Swedish and English
- Genuine interest in food and drink and the desire to constantly develop
- You need to be a good colleague who wants to help create a good workplace
- You are able to give and receive feedback, both positive and developmental
- You have an eye for detail and appreciate order and tidiness
