About the role
You will take on a central role in a company with strong technical competence, short decision-making paths, and high ambitions. There are great opportunities for the right person to influence and grow together with the business. You will report to the CEO and be based out of the office in Jönköping. The role involves travel in southern and central Sweden with occasional overnight stays per month.

Responsibilities
As a field sales representative for Trans El Matic, you will play a key role in developing both existing and new customer relationships. You will work in a consultative and long-term manner, focusing on understanding customer needs and finding the right technical solutions. A large part of the role involves visiting customers on-site. We are therefore looking for someone who is passionate about customer meetings and thrives when out in the field building relationships. You are accustomed to booking your own customer visits, planning your week, and driving your work forward in a structured manner. In this role, you will process customers within electrical installation, industry, and real estate, as well as identify new business opportunities in the region. You will work closely with an internal team of project managers, designers, and technical support to develop solutions and inquiry documents tailored to the customer's needs. You will become an important representative for Trans Elmatic in the market and have the opportunity to build long-term collaborations with both smaller entrepreneurial companies and larger industrial firms. The role involves great freedom under responsibility and suits you if you enjoy combining technology, relationships, and business.

About you

Your experience
We believe you have a few years of experience in B2B sales and are accustomed to working independently with customer processing and relationship-building sales. To succeed in the role, we see that you have some form of experience from the electrical, technical, or industrial sectors, or have worked with products or solutions related to the electrical industry. You do not need to be a specialist, but you need to have a technical interest and feel comfortable in technical dialogues. Perhaps you have worked with products or solutions related to the electrical industry, within the installation sector, with a wholesaler, or in technical industry. You feel confident in dialogues with different types of decision-makers – from owners and CEOs to procurement, project managers, and technical responsible persons.
