We are currently looking for a driven expert for a consultancy assignment in Solna, where you will have the opportunity to work with recruitment, proactive search, and data-driven talent acquisition. This role is perfect for you if you want to combine strategic HR work with operational recruitment in close collaboration with managers and the HR department.
Start and Scope
This is a consultancy assignment via Jefferson Wells with placement at our client's office in Solna. The assignment starts on August 10, 2026, and lasts for approximately one year, with good opportunities for extension depending on needs and performance.
Your Role in Talent Acquisition
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you have overall responsibility for the recruitment process – from needs analysis and job profiles to employment. The role combines strategic work in workforce planning with operational recruitment. You work with both advertising and proactive search, focusing on attracting the right talent even in more specialized areas. The work is data-driven, where you monitor, analyze, and develop recruitment processes while improving the candidate experience.
Your main responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for the entire recruitment process from start to finish.
- Work with proactive recruitment (search) and relationship building.
- Create and publish targeted advertisements.
- Conduct competency-based interviews, reference checks, and assessments.
- Act as a strategic and coaching support for managers and HR.
- Work data-driven with analysis, follow-up, and continuous improvements.
- Participate in the development of processes, tools, and ways of working within Talent Acquisition.
You will become part of an experienced team that works with the entire talent lifecycle – from employer branding to completed recruitment.
Your Profile – Experience in Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
We are looking for you who have experience in recruitment and thrive in a role where analysis, business understanding, and collaboration are central. You work in a structured, independent manner and have a consultative approach towards the business.
We would like you to have:
- 3–5 years of experience in recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
- Experience with proactive search and recruiting hard-to-fill roles.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working in a data-driven manner.
- Experience with competency-based recruitment.
- Very good Swedish and English skills, both verbal and written.
- Relevant higher education in HR or similar.
Advantageous:
- Experience with psychometric tests and/or assessment.
