We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative for a traffic and logistics company in Malmö. In this role, you will become an important part of the traffic department, where you will work together to ensure that transports, deliveries, and customer cases are handled smoothly and efficiently.

You will play a central role in daily operations and work in a flexible and fast-paced environment, where your main focus is to provide customers with the best possible service.

In this role, you will contact corporate customers and provide support regarding deliveries, cargo, and transport status. This means you need to be able to retrieve information quickly and give clear answers. During a typical workday, a large number of emails are handled, which requires both structure and good prioritization skills.

The assignment starts immediately and working hours are standard office hours, Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00. The position is full-time during the summer, and for the right candidate, there may be an opportunity for continued employment afterwards. The position is a consultancy role through us at StudentConsulting, meaning you will be employed by us but work at our client's office in Östra Hamnen, Malmö.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• You have experience in the service industry and/or coordinating roles.
• You enjoy administrative tasks.
• You are fluent in Swedish and English. Knowledge of German is a plus.
