The HR Office consists of the HR Unit and the Payroll Unit and is responsible for municipality-wide processes within wage and employer policy. The office works closely with the municipality's departments and combines operational support with strategic development work.
The HR Unit brings together the municipality's HR partners centrally and works strategically and operationally to strengthen leadership, employee engagement, and business development. The unit develops HR processes, methods, and tools, and provides qualified advice and support to managers in their employer responsibilities, with the aim of creating good conditions to attract, recruit, develop, and retain employees.

RESPONSIBILITIES
We are now looking for an HR Partner for a temporary position who wants to contribute to the development of the business through qualified and business-close HR support. With us, you will have a varied role where you work both strategically and operationally in close collaboration with managers, management teams, and HR colleagues.
In this role, you support managers throughout the employee journey and work with issues such as labor law, work environment, rehabilitation, transition, competence supply, wage formation, and union cooperation. You are a qualified support for managers in complex personnel matters and contribute HR expertise to the business's development work.
You are part of a team of experienced HR partners where we support each other, share knowledge, and together contribute to the development of the business. Here you have the opportunity to contribute your skills and experience in close collaboration with colleagues and managers.
The assignment runs from August 2026 to December 2026.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who have a relevant academic degree in HR, for example, the Human Resources Management program. You have several years of experience in qualified HR work where you have supported and guided managers in a broad spectrum of personnel issues within public operations. You are accustomed to handling complex cases and have good experience in areas such as labor law, negotiation, transition, work environment, and equal opportunities. You have good knowledge of labor law legislation and its practical application.
It is meritorious if you have experience of broad HR work within municipal operations. We also view positively experience of working as an HR partner supporting managers within care and elderly care operations.
As a person, you are secure, professional, and structured in your HR role. You inspire trust and build good relationships through an attentive and cooperative approach. At the same time, you have the courage to stand firm in complex and challenging situations and can handle difficult conversations in a respectful and clear manner. You work methodically and organized, have the ability to create structure even in complex issues, and ensure that processes are driven forward efficiently. You have the ability to balance good relationships with a clear employer perspective and feel comfortable giving advice and guidance even in issues that may be perceived as sensitive. Through your approach, you create trust among managers, colleagues, and union partners and contribute to good collaboration with the best interests of the business in focus.

Type of employment: Fixed-term employment.
Duration: 3-6 months.
