Kvarterskliniken Tanum is part of Medtanken Group, which has 10 established Young Mental Health teams. We have extensive knowledge and experience within our group in driving and developing work in primary care.

Job Responsibilities

Here, you will work with the mental health of children and adolescents from a primary care perspective, which means short interventions and self-help support. We value our accessibility highly. The intensity of treatment is adapted to the patient's need for care. Sometimes one or two visits are enough. The goal is for the patient to increase their quality of life and function better in their daily life. Collaboration with other activities takes place based on needs for the best possible care. UPH also has a collaboration mandate, which is why we collaborate broadly and consult other activities that meet children, adolescents, and parents.

We work with internet-based therapy, individual therapies in the form of psychological counseling and primary care-adapted cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), both physically and digitally, as well as several group-based transdiagnostic interventions for both children/young people and their parents.

In addition to close collaboration with other professions at the health center, you will also become part of our UPH network within the group, where we currently have about 60 employees in the field. We have regular network work where there is an opportunity for collegial collaboration and support.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed psychologist or a licensed psychotherapist with a CBT focus. You have at least 1 year of previous experience in clinical work with children, adolescents, and parents.

You enjoy working both independently and in a team. You feel secure and thrive in your professional role, are engaged, and contribute to a good work climate.

Personal suitability and the ability to fit into the team are of utmost importance.

Scope: Full-time or by agreement

Working hours: By agreement, scheduled between 07:30-18:00

Employment type: Permanent employment, we apply a 6-month probationary period
