This is a consulting assignment via Jefferson Wells starting in August 2026, initially for 12 months with good opportunities for extension. Location in Solna.

In the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will work closely with the business with a focus on Executive Search and strategic recruitment. You will independently drive research and candidate processes from start to finish.

Your main areas of responsibility:

• Map the market and identify relevant candidates
• Actively source and contact senior profiles
• Build and develop strong networks within your focus areas
• Drive your own search processes with responsibility for candidate dialogue and selection
• Collaborate with colleagues in in-depth interviews and further processes

The work is varied – sometimes you participate in kick-off meetings, sometimes you work based on a clear job description. The role gives you valuable insight into the company's most strategic recruitments and good development opportunities within Executive Search.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who have:

• At least 4 years of experience in search/sourcing for executive profiles, or
• At least 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/recruitment with a focus on specialist and management roles

You are:

• Curious, engaged, and service-minded
• Independent and proactive
• Confident in dialogues with senior leaders
• Strategic in your approach and have good business acumen

You have a strong ability to understand different organizations and competence needs, and are driven by identifying and attracting the right candidates in a competitive market.

Other Information

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to current regulations for security clearance. For some roles, requirements for specific citizenship may apply.
