The company is in an exciting growth phase, driven by both organic growth and acquisitions, and is gradually strengthening its organization. We are now looking for a driven Financial Controller who wants to help develop the company further.

In this role, you are responsible for the company's accounting, from ongoing bookkeeping to annual financial statements and reports. You work closely with the operations and act as a driving partner in accounting and payroll matters.

You will work closely with the CEO and be part of the management team. In addition to being the company's Financial Controller, you will also have a consultant role, responsible for a number of external clients within financial property management. The work involves a mix of internal and external customer contacts.

A central part of the role is to drive the work of digitizing and streamlining the company's processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive the development of the company's processes and systems
• Ongoing bookkeeping and accounting
• Responsible for the company's clients within financial management
• Payroll management
• VAT and employer declarations
• Monthly closing and reporting
• Reconciliation of bank and balance sheet accounts
• Forecasting
• Liquidity planning
• Annual financial statements, annual reports, and income tax returns
• Documentation for auditors and the company's board

We are looking for someone who

• Has several years of experience as an accountant/financial controller
• Has worked with the entire accounting chain, including closing and declarations
• Has good knowledge of Swedish accounting and tax legislation
• Is structured, self-initiating, and reliable
• Is communicative and pedagogical in dialogue with the operations
• Is proactive and solution-oriented
• Has a strong interest in digitalization and systems
• Speaks and writes fluent Swedish and English

It is an advantage if you have experience with property economics and experience from growth companies.
