We are looking for personal assistants for various assignments, both temporary and permanent positions, in Skövde, Falköping, and Hjo.

We are looking for you who want to be a support in everyday life to increase quality of life in adulthood. You will provide support to maintain and develop independence and skills for users with disabilities.

As a personal assistant, you are a support and help the user create security in everyday life. We appreciate that you are sensitive and curious, and that you are calm and patient. It is an advantage if you have experience in care and nursing, particularly within autism and cognitive disabilities. We also value experience with low-affective interaction and clear pedagogy.

The decisive factor is your commitment and that you have a genuine interest in contributing to an increased quality of life for the user in their daily life.

Selection and interviews are conducted on a rolling basis. Start date for introduction is by agreement, preferably immediately.

Salary range: 140–170 SEK/hour
