About the job

You work with processing and investigating cases concerning foreign companies, which vary in scope and complexity. Some cases are simple and quick, while others take more time. Using laws and regulations as support, you assess documentation, investigate, analyze, and make decisions. You have many customer contacts via phone, email, and letter, and many of these interactions require you to feel confident using English. The content, breadth, and complexity of the work are determined by the organization's needs and your competence.

You plan your work and drive your cases forward both independently and in collaboration with others. In team work, your contribution is important, and you need to take responsibility and participate in the joint effort moving forward. In case handling, you make independent decisions, but during investigations, you are open to both giving and receiving support from your colleagues. Alongside your tasks, we are constantly working to develop and improve our operations. We offer flexible working hours, and it is a given that you maintain a balance between work and leisure.

The employment is fixed-term until December 30, 2026.

You belong to Corporate Tax Unit 1 within the Corporate Tax Department. Your location is Malmö.

You must also have:

• a currently ongoing (at least 120 approved credits) or completed higher education of at least 180 credits (120 p) in economics or law, or alternatively another higher education relevant to the position
• current and relevant work experience of customer meetings where you have answered incoming questions via phone or personal meetings.

It is desirable that you have current and relevant work experience from the Swedish Tax Agency. It is also desirable that you have current and relevant work experience of case-handling tasks within public operations, an agency, an insurance company, or a bank.

The employment is fixed-term until December 30, 2026.

An employment with us may involve placement in a security classification. Therefore, a security investigation with register check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may be conducted before a decision on employment. For some of our security-classified tasks, Swedish citizenship is required.
