Assistant Nurse for Home Care in Tärendö

Job Responsibilities

The work takes place in ordinary housing at the users' homes. You will work independently but in close collaboration with colleagues as well as in team work with nurses, occupational therapists, and social secretaries. We work based on IBIC, the individual's needs at the center. The work consists of supporting, supervising, and providing care and service to our home care users. Medical tasks are performed upon delegation by a nurse. The work includes administrative tasks such as documentation, etc.

The Home Care service in Tärendö is responsible for all users with safety alarms in our area, and therefore safety alarms and readiness are also included in the job responsibilities.

Requirements and Qualifications

We are looking for you who are an assistant nurse or have similar education, and preferably experience in elderly care. Great importance is attached to personal suitability. A requirement is to be able to pass the knowledge test for medication and insulin delegation.

A driving license B for manual cars is a requirement.
