Gällivare Hospital is an enhanced county district hospital and an important part of emergency care in Norrbotten. At our emergency department, we receive patients of all ages from the entire operational area. Here, you will encounter a varied daily routine ranging from minor acute complaints to critically ill patients. Nurses, assistant nurses, and doctors work together in teams here – with the patient in focus. We are a close-knit group with high competence, good atmosphere, and a strong drive to develop together. We are looking for

We are looking for you who are a registered nurse. You have good knowledge of Swedish and basic computer skills. It is meritorious if you have education and work experience within emergency care.

We place great emphasis on personal qualities. You are stable, clear, and ensure that messages are communicated and that expectations are clear for all involved parties. You are also flexible and have a holistic view that allows you to understand your role while considering the best interests of the entire operation in actions and decisions.

What you will work with

The daily work consists of assessing and prioritizing patients' needs for emergency care. You will meet patients with everything from mild complaints to acute conditions. The work is done in a team together with experienced and dedicated colleagues who are happy to share their knowledge and experience. No day is the same here; the work is varied and educational. Information about the position

Permanent full-time position with day and evening shifts, with the possibility of rotation in the long term.
