How exciting that you are interested in the nurse position with us! We are now looking for a colleague for home care with placement in Hertsön/Örnäset/Skurholmen who has the drive and wants to make a difference for people in their daily lives. The position is full-time and starts as agreed. The work is mainly carried out during daytime, but some evening and weekend shifts occur.

When you start with us, you will receive an introduction and support to grow into your role. We provide mentorship, education, and guidance in our working methods. We focus on your professional development and give you the support and inspiration needed for your professional growth.

Job Responsibilities

Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for the care of the municipality's patients covered by home care. Your patients live in ordinary housing. The work usually involves being car-borne, but you have an office where you and your colleagues start your day. The assignment includes performing planned and unplanned home visits.

You are offered stimulating and varied work where you are the responsible nurse for patients in your area, where home visits, care planning, documentation, medication management, delegation, education, and guidance are tasks that fill your days.

You have close cooperation with other professional categories in the internal operations but also with other healthcare providers.

Qualifications

You who apply should have a genuine interest and commitment to working with patients who have physical and mental disabilities. Furthermore, we are looking for you who:

• are a registered nurse
• have good medical competence
• have experience in mentoring others
• have a B driver's license

It is meritorious if you have specialist education with a focus on district nursing, elderly care, or psychiatric care.

As a person, you should be cooperative, structured, and creative. We place great emphasis on your personal competencies in this recruitment.
