Do you want to help develop the healthcare of the future? We are a cheerful team looking for new colleagues. Our goal is for all patients to feel involved and satisfied with our care. If you want to be part of this, welcome to us!
Who we are looking for
We are looking for a registered nurse. Do you enjoy working with other people, have a positive attitude, put the patient at the center, and find it exciting to be part of developing the operations? Then you are the one we are looking for.
What you will work with
On the ward, we care for internal medicine patients with, among other things, nephrological, gastroenterological, and endocrinological diseases. The work with us is varied and developing. You will meet people in many different situations, both acutely ill and planned patients. As a nurse, you lead the nursing care and collaborate closely with the assistant nurses in your team. There are doctors, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists linked to the team. We have a daytime coordinator who helps with admissions and discharges and with the social planning of patients connected to municipal care.
Here, you can grow and develop. Our work climate is characterized by helping each other across the boundaries of care laws and placing great emphasis on good planning and clear routines. We welcome questions and are happy to share both knowledge and experience. On the ward, there are team leaders and development leaders who function as mentors and support in daily work. We offer individual introduction planned according to your needs and experience. If you are a newly graduated nurse, you have the opportunity to complete a "clinical base year" as part of your introduction. This provides in-depth knowledge and prerequisites for a good start in your new professional role as a nurse.
What we offer you

- Doubled compensation for work during inconvenient working hours. An initiative by Region Norrbotten for employees in round-the-clock operations, which makes us unique among regions in Sweden.
