Who we are looking for

We are looking for you who are a nursing assistant (undersköterska). No prior experience is required, so we welcome both new and experienced colleagues. Great importance is placed on your personal qualities. We see that you have good collaboration skills, that you value, see the benefit of, and enjoy working together with other people. You also have a positive attitude and put the patient at the center.

What you will work with

On the ward, we treat internal medicine patients with, among other things, nephrological, gastroenterological, and endocrinological diseases. The work with us is varied and developing. You will meet people in many different situations, both acutely ill and planned patients. As a nursing assistant, you work closest to the patient and, together with the nurse in your team, are responsible for the care work. There are doctors, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists connected to the team. We have a coordinator during daytime who helps with admissions and discharges and with the social planning for patients connected to municipal care.

Here you can grow and develop. Our work climate is characterized by helping each other across the boundaries of care laws and placing great emphasis on good planning and clear routines. We welcome questions and are happy to share both knowledge and experiences. On the ward, there are team leaders and development leaders who function as mentors and support in the daily work. Information about the position

We offer you a permanent full-time position, with the possibility of part-time. The working hours are scheduled for day, evening, and weekend shifts, with the possibility of night shifts. Start date by agreement. Selection and interviews take place continuously, and the position may be filled before the last application date.

Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreement.
