In this role, you will have daily direct contact with our customers and members, handling your cases with a sense of service and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities
Your main tasks and areas of responsibility include:
- Handling incoming cases to Elon Customer Support
- Support for members, customers, and end consumers via email, case management system, phone, and chat
- Order administration and order placement
- Minor sales tasks and campaign information
- You also handle other common support issues such as information regarding delays, delivery updates, delivery bookings, and product questions
- E-commerce support for dealer stores and consumers
- Receiving error reports and escalation within the organization
- Store administration
For this role, you are part of a team sitting in an open-plan office within a larger group. The position is located in Örebro, and you report to the Group Manager for B2C Customer Support.
Personal Qualities and Experience
We look for candidates with a completed high school education and experience from service or customer support. You should have good knowledge of the Office package and preferably the business systems Jeeves and/or Magento. Experience from the home electronics, white goods, or transport industries, as well as the case management system ImBox, is considered a merit.
To thrive in this role, we see that you are service-oriented, positive, driven, and enjoy working with people. You have a professional demeanor and are good at presenting and communicating information. You also have a systematic work approach, are accustomed to working in different systems, and find it easy to follow instructions, templates, manuals, and established routines.
