Are you looking for a fun and educational part-time or summer job? Then we have the perfect job for you at Biltema Karlskoga! We are now looking for a group of stars who want to work with us during the summer, both in the café and the store.

As a store employee at Biltema, you are a central part of the customer experience. The workday includes varied tasks and departments, always with a focus on service. You ensure that our 19,000 articles are well-stocked and fronted, and in the café, you work with sales, deliveries, and keeping the environment pleasant.

Wherever you are in the store, you meet customers – whether you are restocking goods, working at the checkout, helping in customer service, or serving in the café. You are happy to share your knowledge to help them find the right products at a good price. No day is the same, and we enjoy solving tasks and challenges in a simple way.

The position is a summer vacation substitute role with a weekly working time of approximately 15 hours. For those who show initiative, there are good opportunities for extra work during autumn and winter as well.

About you

The customer's time is valuable, and as an employee at Biltema, you must be able to read the customer's needs. We are therefore looking for you who is a distinct service-oriented person and has the customer in focus. You enjoy a high work pace where you are constantly faced with new challenges. As a person, you like to take charge of things, see what needs to be done, and want order and tidiness around you. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability as you must be communicative in both Swedish and English.

It is an advantage if you have experience from retail, preferably within customer service, checkout, and claims handling. Since café work is included in all positions, we value experience from the restaurant industry. To quickly get into the role, we appreciate a burning interest in our assortment and product areas or café operations.
