Do you have experience within the plumbing/HVAC sector (VVS) and a genuine interest in sales and customer relations? Then you might be the one we are looking for! Carpings is now seeking a driven field sales representative for the Örebro area. Here you will combine your technical knowledge with service and build long-term relationships with our customers.

AB Hugo Carping is Sweden's oldest family-owned wholesale distributor of plumbing and HVAC products, with nearly 80 years of experience and a strong market position. Together with VS Produkter and Bra Gross Sverige AB, we form the Carpings Group, which has a turnover of approximately 250 million SEK and employs around 60 people. We offer a wide range of plumbing and HVAC products from leading brands and are known for our technical competence, customer-oriented sales, and high level of service. About the Role
In the role of field sales representative, you are a key part of our continued growth. You are the company's voice to the outside world and a central contact for our customers. Your workday consists of managing existing customers, as well as working on new customer acquisition. A key part of the role is to supply customers with their daily needs for plumbing materials, as well as calculating quotes for larger projects. The position requires you to be self-reliant as you plan your own work weeks. Your territory stretches from Laxå up to Eskilstuna and Västerås, and you are based out of the store in Örebro, where you also support internal sales and the store when needed, for example during sick leave or vacation.

To succeed in the role of field sales representative, the following is required:
- A strong technical interest and a desire to constantly learn more
- Experience with plumbing/HVAC products
- Sales experience and the drive to create business opportunities
- A strong sense of service and the ability to put customer needs first
- A structured and organized work approach
- A solution-oriented work approach where you see opportunities rather than obstacles
- Valid driver's license (Category B)
- Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
