Behind every product leaving Atria's facility in Sköllersta, there are numerous decisions, processes and deliveries that must function in the right time and in the right order. Purchasing is an important part of this work.

Atria is now looking for an operational buyer to join a cohesive team responsible for purchasing large parts of the materials used within Atria Sweden. This ranges from spices and packaging materials to trade goods and other inputs needed to keep production running every day.

Your future challenge

Atria has made significant investments in Sköllersta over the past few years, and development continues. The operations are growing, and the facility has taken on an increasingly important role in the Swedish organization. Here, you will find a modern production environment where many functions work closely together to ensure quality, delivery security and efficiency.

As an operational buyer, you will become part of a small team with close collaboration and short decision-making paths. The team works closely together and has, over the past few years, established efficient working methods and strong relationships both internally and externally.

The role involves daily contact with suppliers, internal production, goods receiving and other parts of the business. You will work with orders, order confirmations, follow-up of deliveries and ensure that the right materials are in place when needed.

At the same time, the role is broader than many might think. The purchasing function plays an important role in the work with new products, changing customer requirements and sustainability issues. When new products are developed, new raw materials are to be introduced or new supplier solutions need to be evaluated, purchasing is a natural part of the process.

Are you the one we are looking for?

To thrive in this role, we believe you enjoy collaborating with other people. You have an easy time building good relationships, are unpretentious in your way of working and thrive in a daily life where the pace is sometimes high. At the same time, you need to be structured, precise and have the ability to keep many threads going at the same time.

We would like you to have:

• 2–5 years of experience in operational purchasing.
• Good administrative skills and a structured way of working.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Meritorious:

• Experience with the business system M3.
• Experience from manufacturing industry or production operations.
• Experience with supplier contacts and delivery monitoring.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel without losing precision.
