About the role

As a KAM Support, you are a vital part of our KAM team and actively contribute to developing our business with some of our largest customers. You work closely with our Key Account Managers and act as a driving force behind the business – from analysis and follow-up to customer service, quotations, and bids.

This is a role for you who are not content with merely reacting to needs, but prefer to stay one step ahead. By identifying opportunities, improving working methods, and ensuring high quality in delivery, you contribute to creating the best possible customer experience and long-term business relationships.

The position is a permanent employment located in Örebro.

Your responsibilities

• Serve as a key contact point for both customers and the KAM team.
• Prepare quotations, bids, and business documentation.
• Work with CRM and other business systems.
• Perform analysis, statistics, and profitability calculations.
• Identify smarter ways of working and improve processes.
• Manage internal customer accounts and drive issues forward.

We would appreciate if you have:

• At least a high school education, with post-secondary education in the field being an advantage.
• Experience from a similar role within sales/service – such as sales support, customer service, or administration in a B2B environment.
• Good proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with business systems and CRM systems.
• Fluent Swedish and good English.

But most importantly? Your attitude and willingness to develop.
