About the Retail Sales position
We are looking for you who want to provide our customers in Karlskoga with the best possible service and support them with qualified advice in the store. Our customers are professionals who build, install, and maintain.
You will work with all tasks that occur in a retail environment, and we expect you to take initiative and responsibility and be part of our journey towards new successes. As a retail salesperson, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, responsible for providing advice, completing sales, and ensuring that customers leave the store with fantastic treatment, service, and the best products for their needs.
In our store in Karlskoga, you will be part of a team consisting of four retail salespeople.
Are you the one we are looking for?
We are looking for someone who is open, responsible, and service-oriented. To provide good service, it is important that you enjoy collaborating, have good communication skills, and possess a positive attitude. At Ahlsell, we work together to make things easy for our customers – we call this "One Ahlsell".
We are looking for you with a background in plumbing (VS). We believe you have previously worked as an installer or within the plumbing industry. The role involves being responsible for the plumbing department in our store and providing high-level service to all our customers. As a salesperson at Ahlsell, you work not only with sales but also with goods receipt, cash register, merchandise care, and customer service.
Merits include experience with business systems, good computer skills, and a forklift license.
Requirements: Valid driver's license (Category B)
Working hours: Weekdays between 06:30–16:00.
