Located on the shores of Lake Lindesjön in the beautiful Bergslagen region, Linde Maskiner has been operating since 1853. More than half of all heavy trucks manufactured in Europe contain sheet metal components from us. We are now looking for an engaged and driven Market and Purchasing Coordinator with experience in customer-oriented work, quotation processing, or similar business-related tasks. The role focuses primarily on quotation work, customer contacts, and marketing activities, while you are also responsible for purchasing components and surface treatment services.

Here you will have a varied role with many touchpoints, working closely with customers, suppliers, production, and design to create business opportunities and long-term relationships.

· Handle quotation requests, calculations, and follow-up on quotes.

· Act as a key contact person for customers and contribute to developing long-term customer relationships.

· Plan and conduct customer visits and identify new business opportunities.

· Participate in marketing activities and represent the company in customer interactions.

· Be responsible for purchasing components and surface treatment services.

· Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers.

· Obtain, evaluate, and negotiate quotes from suppliers.

· Work on supplier assessments and cost optimization.

· Collaborate closely with production, design, and other functions to ensure good delivery performance and customer satisfaction.

· Has experience in similar tasks within marketing, quotation processing, sales, customer service, purchasing, or other customer-oriented activities.

· Has experience working in business systems and good computer skills.

· Has strong administrative skills and works in a structured manner.

· Is social, communicative, and enjoys building long-term relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.

· Has a business-oriented approach and is driven by creating value for customers and the business.

· Has an interest in technology and a willingness to develop knowledge in CAD, reading drawings, and other business-related systems.

· Has good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

· Holds a valid driver's license (Category B) as travel and customer visits are part of the role.

· Experience from manufacturing or workshop industry.

· Experience in quotation processing and customer handling.

· Experience in purchasing and supplier contacts.

· Knowledge of CAD and experience reading technical drawings.
