About Us

We are opening a modern ramen restaurant soon, focusing on authentic flavors, craftsmanship, and high quality. At our place, the experience is at the center – from the broth and noodles to toppings and service. We are building a kitchen team with high ambitions, where you will help develop both work routines and the menu.

About the Role

We are now looking for a chef with experience in ramen or Japanese cuisine, who can strengthen our kitchen team ahead of the opening and beyond. You will work with everything from preparations and mise en place to service, with extra focus on ramen components such as broth, tare, oils, and toppings.

Your responsibilities include:

• Cooking ramen and other Japanese dishes according to recipes and quality standards
• Preparations: boiling broth, tare, oils, meat/toppings, vegetables, etc.
• Mise en place and efficient handling during service
• Ingredient management, quality assurance, and waste control
• Maintaining order, hygiene, and routines according to self-control guidelines
• Contributing ideas and improvements to the menu and work methods

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience as a chef (preferably in Japanese cuisine/ramen, but not a requirement if you are the right person)
• Is fast, structured, and meticulous
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes responsibility for your station
• Has good teamwork skills and a positive attitude
• Speaks Swedish or English
