About the role
As an HR Partner, you become an important part of our HR team, where we together create the conditions for good leadership and a sustainable working life. In this role, you are the HR Partner for one of our business areas focused on our traffic, while also having special responsibility within HR's strategic development area: measurement, evaluation, and follow-up.
This means you combine operational and consultative HR work with a controller-like responsibility: creating, visualizing, and analyzing HR data, following up on key figures, and driving improvements that strengthen the organization's delivery and work environment.
By measuring, evaluating, and following up on relevant HR key figures linked to Västtrafik's goals and strategies, you help us make results visible, facilitate decision-making, identify areas for development, and create more proactive HR support.
Your mission: HR Partner with a focus on analysis and follow-up
- Support managers in qualified HR matters such as labor law, work environment, rehabilitation, cooperation, and workforce planning.
- Act as a consultant and contribute structure to personnel and organizational issues.
- Translate operational needs into relevant follow-ups, analyses, and HR initiatives.
- Be responsible for measuring and following up on HR key figures and create analyses that provide a basis for decisions and prioritizations.
- Drive the development of methods and forums related to measurement & follow-up.
- Produce follow-ups and reports related to, for example, HCM, staffing, and personnel flows.
Who are you?
You are confident in the HR role and enjoy working close to the operations. At the same time, you have a clear analytical streak: you like to understand patterns, quality-assure data, and make it usable. You are structured, curious, and solution-oriented, and you can switch between immediate advisory work and more long-term development efforts.
Qualifications
We see that you have:
- Relevant academic education in, for example, human resources science/behavioral science or equivalent experience.
- At least three years of experience in qualified HR work, preferably as an HR Partner.
- Documented experience working with statistics, analysis, and follow-up within the HR field (e.g., KPIs, reports, dashboards, trend analysis).
- Good familiarity with working in HR systems and a good ability to handle data with high quality.
Conditions and application
The position is a permanent full-time employment with placement at one of our offices. Start date is by agreement. We apply a flexible working approach, which means you have the opportunity to work both from our offices and remotely.
The position may involve travel to our various offices in the Region of Västra Götaland. Depending on the assignment, the position may also be placed in a security class.
Västtrafik is covered by collective agreements according to the Main Agreement (HÖK 25) with General Provisions (AB 25). We apply individual and differentiated salary setting.
