Your Responsibilities

As MAR (Medically Responsible for Rehabilitation), you have a varied assignment where you are both responsible for the rehabilitation area and contribute to the development of the social administration's operations from a broader perspective.

In the role:

• You contribute with your expert knowledge in rehabilitation, habilitation, and assistive devices
• You ensure quality and patient safety within your area of responsibility
• You develop, follow up on, and improve working methods, routines, and processes, and implement identified risks and areas for improvement into actions
• You are a support to managers and operations in matters concerning quality and development
• You drive development and change work both within your specialist area and in matters concerning the administration as a whole
• You contribute to the work in the administrative leadership team with a holistic perspective
• You collaborate with both internal and external actors
• You follow the external environment and contribute new perspectives that strengthen the operation

The role entails a consolidated responsibility for the rehabilitation area, where development work and a holistic perspective are a natural and expected part of the assignment.

We are looking for

We are looking for you who want to combine your professional knowledge with development and influence, and who thrive in a role where the assignment is both broad, changing, and requires personal responsibility.

• Licensed physiotherapist or occupational therapist
• Several years of experience in rehabilitation within healthcare
• Good knowledge of relevant legislation
• Category B driver's license
• Express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing
• Experience in development or quality work is meritorious
• Experience in an expert role is meritorious
