About the role

The job involves acting as a regular passenger while simultaneously observing and collecting information about specific aspects of the customer experience on board the train.

The assignment runs from July to September with the possibility of extension.

You will be scheduled to know which lines you will travel and which transfers you will make during your shift. A shift can therefore involve traveling by train for a longer distance. The role is perfect as a part-time job alongside studies or other part-time work for those who wish to work approximately 15 hours per month.

Shifts will be scheduled on weekdays and weekends, during mornings, daytime, and evenings.

Schedules are set week by week and will be adapted to your preferences and needs as much as possible.

About you

We are looking for someone who lives in Linköping and the surrounding area and wants to start working in July. You want to work flexibly but consistently, approximately 15 hours per month.

You are quick to learn and self-motivated. You find it easy to plan and understand the importance of your behavior on board to discreetly report your observations in a digital form on your mobile without losing the accuracy of your observations.

Previous similar work experience is an advantage.
