The Role Involves

You will work in a team responsible for teaching in adapted primary school within specific subjects and subject areas. You are responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on teaching based on students' individual needs and prerequisites. You will be part of a work team where collaboration, collegial learning, and close cooperation with guardians and student health services are a natural part of the assignment.

We work from the conviction that all students can develop and succeed with the right support, clear relationships, and high expectations.

You are a secure and clear pedagogical leader who builds good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. You have good collaboration skills, are flexible, and see opportunities for developing teaching based on students' different needs.

You share our view that all students should be given the conditions to develop as far as possible.

Qualifications

• Teacher certification with eligibility to teach in primary school or adapted primary school.
• Good ability to plan, implement, and follow up on teaching based on regulatory documents.
• Good ability to collaborate and contribute to collegial learning.
• Good digital competence.

It is meritorious if you have experience working in adapted primary school as well as knowledge of AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication).

Personal suitability is given great weight.

Employment Terms

The position is permanent at 100% starting 2026-08-10 or according to agreement.
