We are looking for an independent, structured, and motivated person with a genuine interest in finance to join our unit. You will be part of a team consisting of four employees. You thrive in an international environment and see collaboration with major global customers as a clear advantage. We offer:
- A monthly salary of 65,000–70,000 SEK if you meet all our requirements
- Advance paid leave (paid vacation in advance)
- Opportunity to receive a bonus already this year, as well as guaranteed bonus rights from 2027, plus much more
- A degree in accounting or finance
- At least eight years of experience with progressively increased responsibility
- Experience in accounting within the manufacturing industry (mandatory)
- Experience as a finance/economic manager within the manufacturing industry with strong business acumen
- Documented experience in budgeting, forecasting, and investment evaluation
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
The role is responsible for financial planning, forecasting, and investment evaluation at the factory level, ensuring good control and decision support in line with the business strategy. You own the budget and forecasting processes and provide insight into risks, opportunities, and result drivers, while functioning as a key financial partner to factory management. The role also supports the finance team, strengthens cross-functional collaboration, and promotes financial accountability and efficiency in line with PHINIA's business model. Responsibilities:
- Lead and be responsible for the monthly forecasting process, ensuring it is current, accurate, and coordinated
- Support the annual budget and business plan work in line with the factory's strategic goals
- Analyze business trends affecting results and identify causes and solutions related to income statements, balance sheets, and operational issues
- Be responsible for the entire lifecycle of new business cases and provide financial recommendations in line with business strategy
- Evaluate “make or buy” decisions, expansions, and other investments
- Support business leaders at the factory with financial guidance and contribute to a business culture with increased financial awareness and value creation
